My journey began when I was 17 years old in concrete work, I later switched too commercial and agricultural building construction when I was 18. Building dozens of buildings from start to finish doing everything from framing to building envelope concealment and interior finishing (tin cladding and concrete flat work prep.

While working I attended the NAIT Carpentry Program as an apprentice to receive training in the carpentry trade as an apprentice.

After 10 years in the commercial and ag building sector I began to frame residential homes and commercial wood frame apartment buildings for 3 years prior to starting Hofstra’s Contracting in 2023.

My experience is very versatile having done every aspect of my trade from framing to concrete work to finishing and fine carpentry
